Sound waves synchronise the brain

IMPORTANT NOTE: The Sound Module is tailored to the individual situation of the subject being tested. Consequently, it shall only be listened to by this person!

The file is approximately 20 minutes in duration and should be listened to every day for a period of two weeks at least. When after two to six weeks, the Neurodynamic Matrix adapts to the course of the sound regulation, it makes sense to return for another scan to generate a new sound pattern file which calibrates to maintain and further improve the new state of health and well-being.

Sounds have a direct influence on our nervous system. They can influence our mind quickly - some sounds activate us, others directly induce relaxation. This has to do with the response of the brain to the different frequencies. The most effective frequencies which determine our relaxation are ones which we are no longer consciously aware of.

Our eras convert the vibrations we recognise as sound into electrical impulses and relay them to the cortex, which controls sensory and motor processes, our consciousness, how we think and hence our personality. And we are well aware of how sound can affect our feelings, our emotions, mood and even our creativity. Sound can also stimulate the brain in ways of which we are unaware, for example to activate, release and convert hormons which circulate through the body via the bloodstream to control specific functions.

Getting back to balance by setting the right tone

So what happens during a scan? After you have been tested, the computer evaluates the characteristics of your neuro-dynamic matrix (what's happening in your body) and the two weakest chakras, and compares them with what it thinks ought to be happening. It uses this difference to identify which signals are needed by you, to restore the body's optimal state of balance, which it then superimposes onto a background of natural sounds.

The power of sound to balance body, mind and soul

The software makes it possible to generate for each person a unique audio file containing a sound pattern designed to correct bio-energetic imbalances an deficiencies. These health-stimulating sounds can be directly saved as an MP3 file, burned on CD, saved on a USB stick, or delivered to the user via a file-hosting service.

The power of breath for health and fitness

IMPORTANT NOTE: The breathing exercise is tailored to the individual situation of the subject being tested. Consequently, it shall only be applied by this person!

Breathing is an essential life function primarily intended to supply oxygen and expel carbon dioxide. However, how we breathe is also very important and can enable us to remain healthy, rectfy disorders, improve energy supply and balance our physical and mental well-being.

Stress impairs the natural respiratory flow

If we are continuously stressed, the depth and frequency of our breathing is likely to be adversely affected. We can become so used to this that we do not notice our breathing becoming more rapid and shallow. If allowed to continue, this restricted breathing pattern can contribute to further unforeseen health disturbances, strains, tensions and eventual exhaustion.

Proper Breathing

Understandably, we often think of ourselves as breathing through our lungs but with practice it is possible to imagine ourselves breathing through our abdomen, pelvis, kidney, in fact any organ in our body that we happen to select.

Getting a "Lung full"

The result of our heart rate variability determines an ideal individual respiratory rate which should be done for 5 minutes. When done according to the instructions, it helps to restore our own ideal rhythm, simultaneously regulating biorhythms, strengthening the parasympathetic system, reducing stress and increasing our energy levels as well as psychic abilities like concentration.

The respiration procedure is illustrated with the aid of a dynamic ball, which expands to correspond with when we breathe in and contracts as we breathe out. The pace of the expansion and the contraction of the ball as well as the length of the breather are determined by the results of the measurement data and individually tailored to the subject of each test.

The relaxation effect is enhanced by the interplay between the breathing ball, varying landscape scenery and embedded classical music.

What makes the health-index soar

Exercise

With exercise, we reduce stress hormones. We feed our cells oxygen, toxins are excreted via the skin and respiratory systems. The best results are achieved with moderate endurance training and strength building. Both, if correctly applied, have an optimal effect on the HRV.

Breaks in between

Help to regenerate the mind for a short period. Taking walks, reading a book, a nice conversation or consciously relaxing ...everything helps to maintain our natural rhythms.

Relaxing to music

Transports us faster into another state of consciousness. The brain is in sync with the rest of the body. Deeper breathing amplifies this effect.

Time off during the year

It is wise and vital strategy, to consciously plan periods of relaxtion over the course of the year and experience them "in one's own time". This leads to resilince for those more heated phases in our everyday lives.

Support the regulatory capacity of the body

The regulatory medical procedures determine in whisch areas the body requires support. The use of accupuncture, herbal medicine and other procedures help to reconcile body an psyche.
